| Michelle joined IPM in 2008 to work in our administration area providing
Consultant Support, Accounts Support to Marie Young and Training Administration.
Before starting with IPM Michelle had several years experience in administration
roles including a position as a Business Manager for a well known Real Estate
Company.
She has prior experience with payroll for over 250 pays per week. Clearly
time management and attention to detail was important for this position and
Michelle brings these skills to her work at IPM. She highly values good communication
and is dedicated to providing great customer service.
Michelle has an easy-going nature, a positive attitude, and enjoys being
part of a team.
Michelle has experience with owning a small business so she understands the
demands on many of our clients!
