| Paula has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education), a Graduate Diploma of Education and a Graduate Diploma of OH&S Management. Paula also holds a SafetyMAP Auditor Certificate. Paula has over ten years experience as an educator specialising in Sports Physiology, Health Science and Human Biology. She has over eight years experience in providing vocational rehabilitation services in the private and public sector in SA and Tasmania including Early Intervention Programs, claims management assistance, costed case management and injury prevention training to management and employees. Paula pro-actively assists employers to adopt a system-based approach to managing injury. She acts as an injury management mentor for internal return to work co-ordinators and is focused on achieving cost effective outcomes. Paula has assisted employers to substantially decrease the costs of worker's compensation, by using an effective management system to project, plan and monitor progress.
