How do you prepare Staff for That?

To provide critical skills for effectively handling worker's compensation cases at your workplace, IPM presents a Return to Work Co-ordinator's training course.

The emphasis of this course is on practical return to work and rehabilitation management of injured workers with a "real world" perspective from an experienced Human Resources Manager, Rehabilitation Consultant and Trainer, Paula Rose.

Who Should Attend?

Appointed Return to Work Co-ordinators, Personnel Officers, Case Managers, Supervisors (Team Leaders, Leading Hands etc) and Managers.

Course Overview

This one day course (9.00am to 4.00pm) is designed to provide designated return to work co-ordinators with the skills to develop, implement and monitor polices and procedures, whilst acting as the in-house facilitator for return to work programs. This course reflects legislative requirements.
